PADI’s advanced training programs prepare you for your next diving adventures! What’s next after you completed your beginner dive course ?
Adventure Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver and Specialty courses
As the name suggests the Adventure Diver course is pure fun and adventurous as you can select 3 topics for your training dives which interest you most. To complete the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver level you add another 2 adventure dives. This is a practical orientated training program, which does not require you to study for an exam and can be completed here in Phuket in just 2-3 days. You have a wide range of Adventure dives to choose from like Deep Diving, Night Diving, Wreck Diving and Navigation to name just a few. Furthermore these dives are credited towards future PADI Specialty Diver courses, and vice versa. Specialty courses are a great way to improve your current skills and learn new ones. When you complete 50 logged dives, 5 Specialty programs and the PADI Rescue Diver you will earn the recognition as a PADI Master Scuba Diver –the highest rating as a recreational diver. We recommend to get your Advanced Open Water Diver rating by signing up for 5 specialty courses because you profit from more in-depth background knowledge and extensive diving experience. Each specialty course includes 2 – 4 dives which can be completed in 1 to 2 days.
