The SSI Advanced Adventurer Course is a practically orientated training program, which does not require you to study for an exam and can be completed here in Phuket in just 2 days. You have a wide range of Advanced Adventure dives to choose from like Deep Diving, Night Diving, Wreck Diving and Navigation to name just a few. This certification is equivalent to the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver. Furthermore these dives are credited towards future SSI Specialty Diver courses, and vice versa. We recommend to get your Advanced Open Water Diver rating with SSI specialty courses because you profit from more in-depth background knowledge and extensive diving experience.
It is up to you to decide how far you want to go. And the best part is recognition at SSI is free! Complete your continuing education program with the applicable SSI Specialty certification card and receive the SSI Recognition Ratings: Specialty Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver and Master Diver – free. SSI´s certifications are recognized worldwide so your diving experiences will be limitless.
Advanced Open Water Diver Course Itinerary
All Advanced Open Water Diver Course and Advanced Adventurer Course days will be conducted on the day trip boats. An example of a day trip itinerary see below.
07:45 am Pick up from the hotel with a transfer to Chalong Pier
08:30 am Depart to the first dive site
10:30 am Arrive at the first dive site
12:00 am Lunch is served as part of the diving surface interval
2:00 pm Second dive location
5:00 pm to 6:00 pm Arrival back at the Pier and transfer to your hotel
Diving days of exploration, excitement and experiences!, Dive at the Phuket dive sites Racha Yai, Racha Noi, Shark Point, Anemone Reef, King Cruiser, Koh Doc Mai and Koh Mai Thon.
During the Advanced Adventurer Program you will have the chance to try out 5 different specialties. You will complete one open water training dive per specialty and if you decide to take a full course in any of the specialties you tried, the dive you took can be applied to your advanced certification.

In our family-operated diving school in Phuket, you will not be treated like a number. The continuing education take place in small groups and private environment.
It does not matter where you are staying in Phuket. We pick you up from your accommodation (Karon Beach, Kata Beach, Chalong, Nai Harn Beach and Rawai Beach – other regions upon request) free of charge and bring you to our dive center or to the pier.
