About the PADI ReActivate Course
Been out of the water for a while?
PADI ReActivate is designed for certified divers who feel a little rusty and want to refresh their knowledge and skills before diving again.
Complete the eLearning before your dive day, then review the essential skills with your instructor during your first shallow dive. Your second dive is about getting back to diving normally — with your instructor alongside you while you rebuild confidence and get comfortable underwater again.
After completing the program, you'll receive a PADI ReActivated recognition card showing that your diving knowledge and skills are up to date.
Before you start
- You must already hold a scuba diving certification and complete the ReActivate eLearning before your dive day.
- You’ll also need to complete the standard Diver Medical Form. Please read it carefully — answering “Yes” to certain questions requires a doctor’s approval before you can dive.
- You cannot fly for at least 18 hours after scuba diving, so please keep this in mind when planning your trip.
Where will we dive?
We choose the dive sites according to the day's conditions and what's suitable for getting comfortably back into diving. You'll make two dives from our own boat, with the first kept shallow for the skills review.

We don’t teach to the minimum requirements. We build skills, good habits and confidence at each diver’s pace, with very small classes and an emphasis on safety, control and respect for the reef.
