• Google Analytics and Google Ads. Google Analytics shows us which pages are read, and Google Ads which of our ads led to a booking or a WhatsApp message. If you press Accept, they may use cookies, Google Ads may show our ads to people who have visited, and when you book, your email address and phone number are scrambled (hashed) in your browser and only that scrambled form is sent to Google, so that it can match the booking to the ad. • If you decline — or simply do not choose — Google sets no cookies and is sent no email address or phone number. Without cookies, the Google tag still tells Google that a page was viewed or a booking was made, and what it was worth, so that Google can estimate how well our ads work; the page address it reports can include the click reference Google added to the ad you came from. • Paid bookings. When a booking is paid, our booking system tells Google Analytics itself that it was made, what was booked and what it was worth, and later if it was refunded.
