About the PADI AWARE Specialty Course
The PADI AWARE Specialty is about understanding the bigger picture of ocean conservation — the challenges our oceans face and the practical things each of us can do to help.
You'll explore PADI AWARE's 10 Tips to Save the Ocean, from responsible diving and wildlife interaction to citizen science, sustainable choices and taking conservation action in everyday life. You'll also create your own action plan for making a positive difference.
This is a dry specialty with no dives required, and you don't even need to be a diver to take part.

Why dive with Aloha Diving
Better divers
We don’t teach to the minimum requirements. We build skills, good habits and confidence at each diver’s pace, with very small classes and an emphasis on safety, control and respect for the reef.
Safety first
Safety is non-negotiable. Experienced professionals, well-maintained equipment and boat, proper safety equipment, and recognised diving and local standards guide every dive.
Diving with a lighter footprint
Green Fins standards are part of how we dive. We support Oceans For All and take part in reef clean-ups, marine-life monitoring and other conservation activities.
